Over 45 years of experience in metal surface treatment represents one of the fundamental elements of the Ivo Galvanica S.r.l campaign. Passion for research, automation systems, selection of qualified personnel, internal laboratories and commitment to quality, measuring the value of the company, and certification of the quality management system also demonstrate this, valid according to the standard UNI EN ISO. Today, the company performs electrostatic galvanizing (white trivalent, white iridescent, yellow and sealed), electrolytic galvanizing (white trivalent, white iridescent, yellow, green, sealed, black, trivalent black and dehydrogenated) , electrostatic tin plating and roto, and finally electric polishing of stainless steel.
The company guarantees the adhesion and uniformity of surface deposits while ensuring quality products, and has a long service life and corrosion resistance. The processed products are used in many different areas: general machinery, automotive, construction, food… Our visit to the company allowed us to see the only director, Massimo Sottocorno, who explained the company’s activities to us: « At present, we carry out electroplating according to RosH 2002/95 / EC directive; we are contractors, we provide customers with complete finished products.
